Need to setup OpenROV on Raspberry Pi 3 B+, make sure camera stream is working, map buttons and joysticks from a game controller to control all functions of the ROV: forward and reverse, up and down. Also camera tilt (PTZ) working: up, down, left and right. White and infra red LED lights turning on and off. Other sensors are feeding data into the ROV like compass, depth sensor, possibly moisture sensor. If there’s a robotic arm down the road, use a button or two to switch how joysticks are used from controlling navigation motors to controlling the arm to controlling camera tilt. All of this over Ethernet. Game controller will not be connected directly to the ROV with a tether. Tether will be used for power and EoP. I will need all the notes and instructions to be able to replicate it myself from scratch on a freshly reinstalled Raspberry.
