Unity 3d 4.3 Game Base for a tile game (Fun project) Teach me

I am looking for you to create a base for my unity tile game. This game was originally done in html5 and javascript. I want to get it into Unity. I am a senior developer .net and have playing with Unity for a few days. Still lots to learn. This base will help me understand the techniques to complete this game and future games. It will be a training for me and I look to you to guide me and help me understand what needs to be done and help me implement this base. It requires a few scenes, music, scene transition, background animation, etc.. I prefer for you to use the new 2D features where applicable. I also want you to be my teacher to help me get this project done. Please read requirements and bid accordingly. There maybe 2 or 3 more additional scenes, but nothing more complicated than what it is. The way I want to approach this project is you make a piece, I take it we talk about what has been done, how it works etc.. be ready to answer questions.. Your my teacher. I will pay as we go, per scene and Q/A sessions... I have all the graphics... (Except the asteroids to be animated) Thank You
