I am looking for an experienced freelancer to work on an elevation and facade design project in a contemporary style. This project requires an eye for detail and a creative mindset as it will be used to capture the beauty and aesthetic of our building. In addition to the design, I require 2d elevations with full detailed measurements and 3D visuals and animations to bring the design to life. There are also some additional specifications that are important for this project. While the design must have a contemporary feel, it’ll need to incorporate aspects of both modern and traditional structures to present a unique and interesting look. All visual materials must be of the highest quality and look professional, reflecting the sophistication of the project. The final design must meet our strict criteria, so I will require constant communication and collaboration with the assigned freelancer during the entire process. The ideal candidate should be able to adhere to deadlines and respect the project budget while still creating a stunning design. If you think you can bring innovation, creativity and professionalism to this project, please submit your proposal and we look forward to working with you. Please have a thorough look at the floor plan and only send proposal if you are confident that you can do the job.I need full detailed measurements of the elevations on micro level and needs multiple options of colour combinations and design. Note- All side elevations are required.
