Online Bidder and business development manager

IntuitionSofTech Australia is a leading software development company based in Sydney. We have indian based office and we are after someone who join us and work full-time on salary basis + incentives. We have a online bidder position as we are growing very fast. We are looking for motivated sales driven individuals who can generate good leads and projects for us. Must be target driven. - Candidate should possess excellent knowledge and experience in Bidding on (Elance, O Desk, Guru, PPH etc). - Ability to understand the business requirements to generate business through online portals. • Should have working experience of 1-4 years on Bidding portals like Odesk, Elance, Freelancer, Guru and PPH. • Must be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow ups, Requirement Gathering. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently. • Should be able to manage pre sales and post sales tasks independently. • Should be above to achieve revenue targets for mobile apps, web development & web app • Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure. • Should have hands on experience of dealing with US/UK clients. • Candidate should have proven experience and excellent track record with medium and large size projects.
