131302 Site Build

I am looking to have a site built it will special lise in finance/debt management and general money saving Have lots of content to add but would like a template so i can just add the articles Must be easy to maintain and be seo ready i have lots of the original artwork/template which was made for me in various forms such as psd's ect i nee someone to put it all together and do a bit more work on it for me and also make it easy for me to add the text and links ect also a contact forum for Q&A's would be nice as well as newsletter sign up attached is a idea that was created for me and this is the kind of thing i am after Many Thanks
