During the call the client tells us some data which writes the employee in an input mask. The client should have the possibility to login live (max. 3 seconds time delay) with his name and a password to a certain domain - he gets the data from our call center employee. Now he should be able to view the employees screen - so he sees when the employee types in the data (client shouldn't be able to modify - just viewing). After the entry of all data the client should be able to confirm the entry by typing in a validation code which just he can see - employee shouldn't be able to see this code. Data safety have to be given. Application should be able to manage 100 employees. It's possible to install a software on our computer - client don't has to install something, just online. It should be also possible to view at this confirmations a year after entry (IP Nr.) - maybe through save on a database? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
