I am planning to launch 18 websites during the course of the next year. 9 in English and 9 in Arabic (one-to-one). I am looking for a development entity that I can use for this entire venture. I chose one of the websites as a pilot which I can use to evaluate the skills of the vendor(s). The first website I want to create is basically a combination of Drupal and Wordpress with a MySQL DB in the backend. Users can register, make posts, search posts, etc. I have a reference site to what I have in mind and I can share that with you if required. The entire interface must be in Arabic, I can help with that if required. But if you don't have experience with non-english websites then please don't bid. Bidder must have basic design skills including CSS and some Photoshop might be required. Portfolio must include a CMS. Bidder should be able to communicate through Skype, etc
