The eCommerce Digital Products Analyst supports the eCommerce Search Engine Optimization and Digital Products analytic needs of Reliable Medicare by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on web traffic, online service usage, and identifying opportunities for improvement/optimization through decreasing deterrents and eliminating customer pain points. Also supports identifying and reporting on key KPI Metrics tracking the effectiveness of our digital products relative to retaining customers and driving earnings and sales growth. Responsibilities & Qualifications: Perform keyword optimization as well as ongoing keyword discovery and expansion. Research and implement SEO recommendations for content optimization. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Work with core data and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation. Research and analyze competitor search personalization. Track, report, and analyze website analytics (SEO as well as Product Features/Functions). Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights. Produces weekly, monthly reports to communicate performance and progress against goals and opportunities. Develops and generates dashboards, graphs and other visuals to communicate findings, trends and performance to various groups and individuals. Understands website behaviors and delivers customer experience recommendations. Performs data consolidation and validation. Identify requirements, manages and delivers proper analytics tags/code and parameter tracking for websites, online services and tools, and digital marketing efforts including email, social , seo, paid inbound. Helps identify and provide analysis support for A/B testing and multivariate (from hypothesis creation to influencing creative direction to identifying success metrics) and post-test analysis and reporting to cross functional stakeholders. Collects business tracking requirements from multiple sources including product specialists, content owners and other stakeholders and is responsible for the execution of analytics code to meet the measurement/tracking needs. Performs other duties as assigned. Leading Candidate Will Have: Two to four years previous web analyst experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. In-depth experience with Google Analytics/Tag Manager. Bachelor Degree Marketing, Communications, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field, or commensurate experience preferred. HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred MicroStrategy or related Business Intelligence System is a plus ClickTale a plus Google BigQuery a plus
