Magento Index Management - Cannot initialize the indexer process.

I have an error in my Magento table and I am looking for someone to help fix. The error I am getting: "Cannot initialize the indexer process." It has to do with the Product Prices / Index Product Prices Using SSH or access to phpmyadmin it looks like it can be fixed but I would like an expert to look at this so not to risk taking down the site table if I mess with it. I do believe the error started just after we were entering simple products in and changing the Group Pricing around. This error is causing the new products loaded to not show up on the front end under the categories. But you can see the products if you go straight to their URL.
