I want add-on module to asterisk for the appointment scheduling. In this IVR assisted scheduling application uses both inbound and outbound IVR. Normally, inbound IVR is used to register a new appointment while outbound IVR is used for remainder or rescheduling of the appointment if any. Hospitals are using this kind of IVR system for confirming/rescheduling an appointment of patients while airlines are using outbound IVR to inform passengers about rescheduling of flights. This should be on many-user environment with web based calender for each user for the appointment booking and reference.

Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. My name is Inderjeet and own a small 4 member IT services firm based at Chandigarh,India. We have been into IT since 1994 (desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001, Wowza/FMS based video streaming/VOD apps for about 3 years and Asterisk based VoIP solutions for about 2 years now. We also maintain our clients' servers (mostly linux) with these technologies, on their behalf, besides fiddling with our own Linux test bed VPS's and VMs for R&D and testng purposes. Currently exploring International clients through these portals for mutually beneficial and long lasting collaborations. With respect to your post, please mention: 1. Will this work from within an Intranet or from the Web? 2. How many calls per day? How many simultaneous? 3. Do you already have any appointment system which needs to be integrated? 4. You will need to have a server yourself. We will install and configure all necessary services/software required. 5. You will have to pay for DID and trunk charges separately yourself. We will pay during the development period. We anticipate this application to take 1-2 months to complete and test. However, we will start delivering parts in 2 weeks. 6.
