System State and A/D Backup and Restore

Backup and restore system state in all windows operating systems ( windows Xp to windows 8 ) and ( Server 2000 to server 2012), both 64 and 32 bit operating systems, with all languages supported by Microsoft. Project should have capability to exclude certain file types from the default system state set ( eg. "backup, .exe " should exclude the .exe file types from the backup).Backup and restore Active Directory in all server operating systems ( Server 2000 to server 2012), both 64 and 32 bit operating systems, with all languages supported by Microsoft. Should work on Physical and VM machines. Backup and Restore Capability in incremental or ( Delta) backup. Need projects as dll and tlb files , which can be invoked by applications running in VB6 and Dot net 3.5 and 4.0. Should be running thread and should return operation progress and status. Status - Ready, running, failure, success. Progress - 0 - 100% Small test application with UI to test the project. Project ( Backup and Restore)should write a detailed log in .log file. Ability to turn logging ( ON/OFF) from the parameters sent. Complete help file for integration ( Parameters and the format to invoke the dll and tlb files). Also description of known error messages. Eg Start backup("Destination", "exp1,exp2..","log 1or 0") Start Restore( "Source", "log 1 or 0").
