Anti-Malware Program

I'm currently searching for someone who is fluent with their preferred programming language and who has knowledge on machine/network security, in the lead up to the development of a new Anti-Malware program I intend to have programmed. I'm looking for something top-of-the-line with frequent updates to ensure complete stability and continued use by global users. The better the project, the better the pay. We're talking thousands and thousands, here.
