Custom Windows Application

I am looking for an experience Windows Application developer for a custom application project. The project involves developing a Windows application that can run on Win7, 8 or 10. The application requires the development of software that can interact with a 3rd party software, using the 3rd parties API. Example of the 3rd party scripts and all API tags will be provided. The application is to be installed via standard Windows installer and will display a custom GUI. The GUI will provide CRUD, primarily via an EDIT view and an ENTRY view. EDIT view allows the creation of "job data". The ability to be able to create PDF and/or print out a report is required, with some data fields being converted to selectable barcode types. ENTRY view will allow data to be input via a standard USB barcode scanner, attached to the host PC. Verification of the scanned data will be done automaticall, based upon the corresponding stored "job data". Once verified, the application will launch the 3rd party software, and via the 3rd party API, will set certain parameters in the that 3rd party software. As the 3rd party software runs, the custom application will read an record certain API tags and store that information. Upon completion of the operation of the 3rd party software, predefined labels can be printed, based upon certain data already recorded and via the 3rd party API tags.
