Hello, Thanks for inviting me to bid. I believe I will be able to deliver what you wanted within 3 days. I will develop a windows (WCF) service, that will listen to specific COM ports for incoming calls. And a frontend desktop application to make calls and to control that WCF service. Just to let you know, I have done similar dialer for multiple platforms (Windows desktop, Linux, and even for web servers being hosted on windows or linux distros).

Hi I can work on your project I have experience manipulating android audio settings, I do have a few questions , here they are 1) do you want to record incoming or outgoing calls, because the code is different for each type of call 2) I can identify the caller but what do you want to do with that info
