Job Portal with Backend and Mobile App

We want to create our website, job portal and mobile app with following features: - Candidate should do registration with filling form.  - Candidate should upload their resume - Candidate should able to search by various filters such as location,experience, job  title,salary, job category. - We should be able to post vacancies. - Candidate should be able to apply for the posts - These vacancies notification should be sent to all registered candidates. - These vacancies notification should be sent to all through text message, on facebook, on linkedin and on whatsapp linked groups. - Current data (excel sheet) should be linked to the data base. - Mail id creation.   - Where all the data will be saved. - Space for saving data.  - Security for the data.   - Mobile app development with above feature
