Do some 3D Modelling (converting garage in city Leuven into living space)

The available space is a garage with a roof (see pics). The garage is +- 18 X 20 m = +- 360 m2. We need to keep space for +- 6 cars in garage. We want to build an extra floor into the building. A metal construction combined with concrete walls (within floor 0 garage) build on new fundaments under the floor made from wooden beams with 2 X 18 mm OSB decking. The actual metal construction may be removed part by part, yet the existing space may not be changed. When removing the actual roof construction, a new, light construction needs to be designed. Generally: The building to be converted into: One loft of +- 160 m2 on the backside (+- 60 m2 incl garage, bathroom, washing room), with +- 100 m2) on floor 1 and sliding doors to the back-space. Kitchen with cooking island, two bedrooms, large living. garden to be designed. Two appartements of +- 100 m2. (floor 0 and floor 1 (new) Four studio's cum office for office usage and/or student accommodation. We can provide an old file in autocad with the correct sizes, yet a wrong lay out. We need architectural drawings, calculations for the materials, 3D renderings incl interior design. We expect to need +- 16 to 24 hrs of input via chat (skype) and we expect to need 10 to 15 working days to finish this project completely, in detail.
