He estado en TI durante unos 20 años, manejo de personas y redes de pequeñas empresas. Estoy asumiendo que esto será un reemplazo del servidor, puesto que usted menciona el servidor actual que tiene problemas. La cantidad de tiempo requerido para la tarea dependerá de cuántos datos hay que transferir, cómo se configura el uso compartido, qué otro software se está ejecutando en el servidor antiguo y cómo el software de terceros en las estaciones de trabajo se verá afectado por el cambio . Hasta que tenga más detalles, voy a citar una configuración de 20 horas. PD: Hablo inglés y portugués, así puedo leer español, pero uso Google Translate para responder.
