Write some software -- 2

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. I am building a website like www.soccermanager.com. Or you can also refer to the hugely popular Football Manager game. I am looking for programmers/mathematician who can code logic for me. People interested in football will be preferred. Basically, what you have to do is design how the players will play in a football match. For example, a player with passing 14/20 will pass the ball successfully 7 times out of 10. Same ways, one with 15/20 anticipation attribute can intercept the ball as per his attributes. These must be random probabilities based on player's attributes. The logic has to be designed for every position on the field, both with the ball and off the ball. These things will differ under different situations. Like when a team is losing, they will attack more and etc. I will tell you the various attributes on which the logic has to be designed once I finalize the person. The payment here can be negotiated later. If you can do the task as I am looking for, the payment will be good. I am looking for the best work and will certainly like to see a sample before we start. Please remember 2 things before you apply for this. 1. Your proposal should not be a copy and paste from your portfolio. Please specifically mention that you understand the game and the concept and how you intend to proceed. A small sample (not in code terms but plain text) will certainly be very helpful. 2. I intend to get it done as quickly as possible. So, its a request that only serious freelancers apply for this. I will finalize the person in a week and then you have to complete this in a definite time frame which you will provide.
