Our server is currently in a workgroup (we are happy to change this to domain), we require support for our Windows server 2012 server and someone to walk us through setting up RDP, so we can RDP into the server with ease. At the moment we receive an error when connecting to the server via RDP.

Hi i have made this config on other clients also. I suppose you need a user mode access on RDP and not just an admin access. Please let me know more on your config and problem you are facing
