I am seeking a qualified real estate acquisition manager to assist in finding and closing deals on residential properties within the United States. The successful applicant should have: - A thorough understanding of the US real estate market, especially across the Northeast (New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania), Southeast (Florida, Georgia, North Carolina), and the West Coast (California, Washington, Oregon). - Expertise in residential properties, such as houses, apartments, and condos. Your role will largely involve scanning for these kinds of properties and analyzing their potential of investment. - A knack for finding properties in need of renovation. We are specifically looking to acquire properties that are due for a facelift, adding value through strategic renovation. - A proven track record in deal-closing, ensuring both timeliness and efficiency in each transaction. - Exceptional negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge about property law regulations and residential building codes are also key.
