My suggesting here is ask your qa engineer store in git repo and then create project folder in jenkins to run that specific folder add the execution setup of test cases in settings of that folder and add the email id's so they can see the log and report of that particular project, u should have to write the phyton code to run script in virtual machine, hope this helps
