Create a Special Effect on a live video

I need an special effect animator who can create a fire blowing animation on top of a video I have already shot for a fun little holiday video I am making. The animation should be similar to the animation that Scorpion does in the video: [login to view URL] Please only respond if you have experience in creating video animations on live video. Provide me with your portfolio so I can check out your other work. I have shot 2 parts of the video. One with the person inside the shot and one where the person is outside the shot. The animation should show the fire out of one person's mouth and then turn the other person into a heap of ash. See picture attached.
