I need to print a face with a 3D printer. However, I have received an STL of it which is the scan, rather than a solid ready for printing. So I need a very short service to transform the mesh into a solid, for instance a cube on which one face would be replaced by the STL file. I just need to have the read of the face to be flat, so that I can print it. As far as I know, a software like Meshlab or similar can do the job in a few minutes (for someone knowing this software). Other software may do the job (Blender ? Meshmixer ? ec.).
