Re-skin a Wordpress Blog to look like its parent site

Hopefully this is really straightforward. We have a new Wordpress blog and we want it re-skinned so it looks like the site it is being called from. It will need to show the same menu as its parent site. If the enu can have the drop-downs that would be great, but just the first level would be OK. This is the site it is being called from - I will give you full FTP etc once the bid is accepted: <[login to view URL]> The blog is just an empty wordpress blog - not launched yet <[login to view URL]> It does not need to be an exact match down to the pixel, just to kind of look like it is the same site. This client owns another website where this has already been done, so we need to reach the same standard as that one. The other site is: <[login to view URL]> Edited to Add - since the rest of the site uses a left sidebar additional enu, it would be good if the wordpess enu could be on the left also.
