**We are looking for dedicated SEO - Manual Link Exchange Professionals** We are operating various websites and need dedicated Manual Link Exchange Professionals to increase PR and traffic to our websites. Your task will consist of: Searching for websites on the subject related to the website and then manually sending emails from an email address we have created for you, asking the webmaster if they could include a link to our website. Quality is essential in this process. We are not looking for people trying to shortcut this process. What we expect: - You should be able to send out a good number of emails a day from the email address we provide you with. - You will provide us with an excel sheet on a weekly basis with the websites mailed / email address mailed (or contact form used) / and when our link is placed mark as [link placed]. - No JavaScript links, No framed sites, No flash site links, No [login to view URL] exclusions, Exclusion in Robots Tag, No paid links. - No SPAM should be used to solicit links. - No links from Link Farms. - No FFA networks. - No links that have the Link Attribute "rel=nofollow". - Web sites must be developed. - No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, redirects, cloaking, etc. - Link pages must already be indexed and cached by Google. - Link should be textual with descriptions. - If the link is on a links page there should not be more than 20 other outbound links on the same page We would like your bid for the first 100 Links generated (50% PR3+) and extensive info about you. More people might be needed so if we like multiple candidates we can create multiple bid requests for the first 100 Links generated.
