Hi. I´m American, a native English speaker with excellent language skills. I have lived in Brazil for 30 years, and am also highly fluent in Portuguese, with lots of translating experience. My specialty is Portuguese to perfect English. I can send samples of previous translating work, after you contact me (Freelancer only permits attachments after YOU make contact). I charge $10 USD ($80 HKD) for 400 words, or $0.20 HKD per word for translations. I have also done lots of transcription work, and I need 7-8 hours to transcribe 33 minutes of audio into digital text. If you would like to hire another person for the transcribing, I would still be glad to translate the transcribed text, assuming that the transcription is as well done and intelligible as mine will be. Before accepting the transcription job, I would like to listen to the audio recording, to verify the quality. And before accepting the translation job, I would like to read the transcribed text (if someone else does it).
