TRANSLATE 912 PHRASES TO MALAYALAM, MAKE 912 MP3 FILES

I have 912 words and phrases, divided into 30 files. I need EACH PHRASE to be TRANSLATED INTO Malayalam, and created into an mp3 files, each file must be of superhigh quality, without any static or breathing sounds, you should be in possession of a studio grade microphone, otherwise do not bid. Each phrase will be named using the serial number that is written next to it, with a post-fix 'mal', meaning phrase number 32 would be [login to view URL] and so on. Currently these phrases are handwritten. I need them to be typed into a csv files. Each file will be named depending on the headings given on each file.
