Translate Text of an App into one of many languages ($3/language)

I posted this file yesterday asking a company to translate the text into multiple languages, but I got so many results from individuals saying that they'd translate the text for $3, I figured I'd open a per hour project. The attached file is exactly 113 words. I will pay $3 for you to translate the app into one of the languages below. I have a strong preference to let those with translation badges translate the text. If you are bidding on a project, please CLEARLY state in the first sentence which language(s) you are hoping to translate the text into. I am more likely to pick your submission if you will give me a discount on multiple languages (i.e. you want to do two core languages, but you'll throw in the third "additional language" below for free).
