I would like to hire a Twitter API Developer

I have created a twitter bot which searches a certain keyword for at most 30 results and replies to each result and in between each reply sleeps for a random time of between 5 seconds to 7 seconds. This bot at the end sleeps for a random time of between 15 minutes to an hour and runs again. I manage to run it around 3-4 times before it is flagged by twitter and given the status restricted from performing write actions. What could be causing this as I don't exceed the Twitter rate limits and sleeping times are random? Any help would be appreciated.
