Convert 30-minute speach into 2-minute reel and video snippets

Ask Watch a 30 minute video and create a 2-minute speaker’s reel and other short video snippets from it. Project Goal We would like John’s 30 minute speech boiled down into smaller punchy content pieces highlighting the most important aspects covered in the speech. We have marked minutes within the video that we think would make for good snippets. Timeline We would like to have two rounds of review and this project to be wrapped up in 4 weeks. Audience/Purpose We will be using this content as follows: Posting it on John Winsor’s website as a speaker promo reel Uploading it on Open Assembly’s YouTube channel Used on social media Potential other uses Project Deliverables 1, approx. 2-minute highlight reel Approx. 20 sound byte snippets- freedom to do short video bytes that can become memes through social. We will send along video timestamp info for places where we think this could happen. Format MP4 Background on Open Assembly Open Assembly ([login to view URL]) provides content, community, and strategic advising services to global organizations, platforms, and people. We focus mainly on open strategies, including crowdsourcing. We leverage research and insights from our academic partner, the Laboratory of Innovation Sciences at Harvard, (LISH), to inform and inspire new ways of working using open strategies.
