Role Overview: We're looking for a dynamic Virtual Assistant to support our team with a variety of tasks including data entry, research, email and database management, and general operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive research and compile data to support recruitment processes. Manage email communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Perform database cleanup and maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Assist with daily operational tasks and project management as needed. Offer innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and database management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
