I am looking have someone create a flash-based game with a simple goal of keeping your house from foreclosure. This game should be simple and VERY BASIC in structure... (Opening) Your adjustable rate mortgage rate has skyrocketed, and you must sell house. A real estate agent puts a for sale sign in the yard. Various characters enter towards the house. Some are buyers (good), some are bankers (bad). Goal of the game is to show the house to buyers before a banker gets in the house. Banker character: A: Banker (guys / girls ) in suits enters from side B. Take a gun a shoot the banker to keep him from getting into the door of the house C: If the banker gets into the house, you lose the game. Buyer character: A. Buyer comes to check the house out. B. Don't shoot the buyer (this loses the game) C. If buyer gets in the house, move to next round. Each round bankers move faster to the house. E.g. it gets harder to keep them out. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash
