97880 script for my card printer

I bought a card printer Javelin J110i. This printer is used to print plastic cards for our members. We type in the member name, member number and expiry date on a Word file, than click print. Than the cards print out. Here is the problem: I had a customer order 100 cards today. I thought that the printer would automatically generate the member number on each card printed. It does not do that. Now, we had to manually, type in a new number for each card printed. I want: a programmer who can write a simple script that I can install on my computer so when we have a new member that we have to print, it will automatically generate a number for that person, or a number for every card printed. Than this script will also include a database where we can keep track of the number of member cards sold and the number we are at so it doesn't repeat itself.
