Excel macro

I need to provide reference to cells in one worksheet to another worksheet within same workbook. i normally do it by pressing equal to and go the relevant cell and press enter, and the value from that worksheet will display here. But the problem is that, there are lots of data and have provide reference from several [login to view URL] i want the format properties should look exactly same as the other. Just like a copy paste, but instead just pasting the content, it should be referenced/linked Also, it should reflect the exact data what it had been reflecting in the original worksheet. Coz, at times, i have experienced that when bringing in percent values, it changes to absolute value. likewise at times, the decimals get changed, which should not happen
