VB6 Import/Convert to .Net 2 and Up

I have an old VB-6 project, that I would like converted to a .Net 2 and upwards .Net versions-capable project. It also includes an older .hlp Help file, complete with documentation, that I would like imported or otherwise converted to .Net 2 and upwards .net version-compatible help files. NDA required. Some enhancements are required: Would like this software to run in system tray, always running, with configurable hot-keys for various form functions. Currently uses Winsock to relay mail via SMTP. Must use something common to modern Windows OS's, such as XP, Vista, 7, and onwards. Simply must work in all Microsoft Windows environments where .Net 2 is usable, with the look and feel untouched. It is a small project - only a handful of forms, and there is no database interaction. I know visual studio has a visual basic 6 import/convert feature. Once final delivery is completed, and accepted, your local work must be destroyed. We will make changes to the app after final delivery, and may ask you to recompile the app for us afterwards.
