Simple Microsoft Word custom script

Write a Visual Basic script that runs in a Microsoft Word document and generates a list of words or phrases it contains in descending order of frequency in a popup window. When triggered, a popup with radio buttons should allow me to select the word or phrase length, from 1 to 5 words. Create an exclusion list of common words in the code that I will edit directly through VB, so I can exclude common words from the popup list (for example, I would remove words like "and", "or", "but", "the"). Code should be clean and efficient, as I would likely run it multiple times and would like close to instant results, if possible.
