VBA macro transfer to VB

I have VBA - Excel library (.xlam file), which I would like to translate into .dll library. I would like to buy KNOWLEDGE, not a solution. Namely someone to teach me: (1) how to transfer VBA code located inside the .xlam library file to the VB code in Visual studio 2019, (2) compile the VB code into .dll library, which can be used as Excel library (to replace my existing xlam libraries). For the puropse of this project, I have posted one very simple VBA macro - it reads data from SQL and writes data to Excel using .xlam library. Three files are attached to this project: 1) Excel .xlam file - VBA library, which I would like to have in VB and later in .dll library. 2) Excel .xlsm files with few lines of code - this code shall not be changed. It is made to help you understand the problem. 3) SQL file, to show you how SQL table looks like. Milestones: 1) Transfer existing VBA code from xlam library file into Visual Studio 2019 and compile it to the dll library. I will test it. 2) Show / explain me how to do that. Background: I am experienced VBA programmer, but I would like to leave VBA and continue in VB, which is stronger. I have near zero experiences in VB / Visual Studio, so this project will help me the transition.
