Design Header and Footer Images - Product Site - Photoshop

This is a very easy project for someone fluent with photoshop. I need a web page design for my product site. I'm looking for someone who has created typical internet marketing style web page graphics before. Clickbank style graphics. (tell me if you know what that means) This includes a header image, background image, and footer image. Simple The design should be centered with a fixed width content area of 790 pixels - white background for the center content. I'm looking for a bold design with impressive graphics.
