Help needed for asp.net website

I have an existing website in asp.net but in very bad condition. Nothing working properly. Only design is good enough. I want someone to help me out to make it proper. Shopping cart is not working properly. So it should be restructured. Or if you are an open cart expert, you can make same design using open cart would be good too.
