HTML Email Plus edit PDF

Hi there, This is two jobs in one.. The first a very small one which would take 15 minutes.. Job1) I need the logo in a PDF changed to a different logo. It may require editing the logo a small bit. Job 2) I also need a HTML email created. You will have to design a new email template which fits in with our brand colours orange and black. You can see this here www.Grooveyard.ie. I want to use the same back ground image that is on this site. The html email is to be used with campaign monitor. It must include A banner with contact details A large image with text Two smaller images and contact details at the bottom.. Attached is an image of how i want it to look. Freelancers must have an eye for design with a track record. Thanks Luke
