Website Designer/Graphic Designer

I need a basic website designed purely for the purpose of showing off to potential clients re the sale side of the business. The site is a family travel website. I don't need any links, paypal or a set-up to sell any items -- yet. I'm in need of an ultra savvy presentation. To make it easy to understand what I'm looking for I have two websites in mind that I want to cut and paste thelook and style re their graphic design and layout. I'll need a bit of graphic design style added to the mix here. I also need the candidatie to come up with a sample front cover of our magazine. ( I have another sample copy of exactly what I am looking for...) If your work is up to par and our editors like the front cover you design for the magazine then I can hire for the rest of magazine issues. ( We will publish six issues a year. ) The material/work is creative, fun and ideal for a person with children. Please note: At some point in the future I'll I need to be able to edit the site myself. ALso please don't bid on this project if you do not have previous experience. I need the site along with the sample front cover of the magazine completed in three days after the post closes. I can provide editorial content, photos, links and everything else you will need to get the job done. I can only offer $75 for this, as I believe it's fairly simple. Yet the big factor here is once I find the right person to do the job I'll have LOADS of work to offer. Generous with bonuses -- if the job is well done. I'll definitely need to see the final product/ website before payment. I'm looking to work with someone on a long-term basis. Ideal company and ideal project for the right person. Thank you.
