CSS & HTML customizations needed on a Wordpress (WIP) Site. (Max 5$/Hr)

To begin with I need someone for 2 hours & for simple CSS/HTML modifications. **If your bid is more than $5/hr you may not bid** Please read all requirements carefully before bidding...I require someone to help me with CSS & HTML customizations for a WP website the changes required are, 1. Header, Footer, Sidebar, Buttons customizations. 2. Few tables in few of the pages will have to be re-designed as per me. 3. Any other Ad-hoc requirements will be told simultaneously. This is to be done through skype or phone (voice is must with good english) & teamviewer is a must too as I want changes to be done per my requirements.
