Graphic work. Need a good, professional looking home page.

Hello, We need graphic work done on our home page. The website in question can be found at [login to view URL] Right now the home page layout is kind of "bloggy". We want to make it more visual and promote some of our offerings. We have some ideas in mind as to how it should look but would like to grant a lot of artistic license regarding the details to whoever works on the project. Also feedback and suggestions will always be welcome. We were thinking of having 6 graphical "boxes" on the page so that customers can quickly see what they can do on the site. Underneath could be some company information as well as a "info/news" section. We would like you, the graphic artist, to find or create the graphics needed. If you think you can use some of the graphics already on the site, we can provide the originals. The new front page should work with the existing website colors and theme.
