Coverflow website to sell stickers, trying to keep to one page

First of all, I think I need someone - like a project manager or interviewer to find out what I want - we can share screens and skype. I need help to describe what i want. Then the second stage is to create a user friendly page to help sell stickers, I am picturing at least 4 coverflow style windows. I have mucked around with a basic idea using a template I found, but it's only a rough, it would need to be much better looking. I am hoping that on a mobile device like a phone or tablet, client can use there finger to pick what they want. Once the client has found each item they want in the 3 or four coverflows it then either creates and order so payment can be made. First of all they would choose: new artwork required or existing artwork 2nd Choice of colour print 3rd Choice of paper colour 4th Choice of shape Then a quantity, either 500, 1000, 2500 or 5000 or other each would a price next to them Then a text field for what they want on the sticker, maybe line 1, line 2, line 3 etc Upload logo button OK, think 'chat now' button that i have seen on websites, but, I want to be able to do artwork for there sticker 'live'. I have the 2 things. I have the Adobe programs like Illustrator that allow me to share screen or I have skype that allows me to share screen. So when I am at work for 8 hours per day, I can take an order for stickers and get approval on artwork straight away. They would also have an option for me to email some artwork ideas in say '24 or 48 hours' in case they are on at night or weekends. What do you think? Doable? I will include one of the coverflow ideas I have, this one is paper colours, the images are good, just the cover is big, loose and ugly. I am sure there are other things the page needs, but this is the engine, the main part. Of course I want to be able to update any part of the website once it's built. I will want to add or take away colours or shapes or change prices. Problaby a headline like. choose a sample that is the closet to how you want your sticker to look like like the samples page on that website. Again I stress, we are only doing the stickers and my target market is florists I will put in a small price listing, as I still think I need someone to be able to write this up first for a clever person to execute. But if you can do the lot, then quote it or at least an outline of how much to get started.
