Website with Paypal payment: 1 - we are looking to build a website to sell link building packages, where customers can pay with paypal using” Paypal Website Payments Standard” option. 2 - Online customers should be able to :  Log in  Create an account or log to their account  select a package  put information  add to a basket  check out to pay with paypal  Check in later to review the progress of his order  See a list of his old orders  All orders should be kept for one year  Check and edit his profile 3 - The site should work similar to the following websites, but the design should look different from them: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 4 - We will start with 5 services like: 1. Directory Submission Services 2. Social Bookmarking Services 3. Social Profile services 4. Article writing & Submission Service 5. Press Release Writing and Distribution 5 - Each group will include different options as shown in the following examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 6 – When the customer click on add to cart, a new page opens in a new browser to allow the customer to put the information of the order. The above mentioned websites open in a pop up. I do not like pop-up, unless you find it of some great advantage. 7 – Customer should be given a chance to review his order and edit it 8 – Orders should be collected in one page “ cart” where customer can see the total amount and proceed to pay by paypal. 9 – Taxes should be added, where customers from the province of Quebec pay 2 taxes, customers from the rest of Canada pay one tax and other customers pay no taxes. 10 – The web site should be designed in an easy way, so I can change the taxes without a programmer. 11 - The web site should be designed in an easy way, so I can add more services with multiple options without the need for a programmer 12 - The e mails and other data of the customers should be collected, so we can send them bulk e mails 1 3 – I prefer to build the site in PHP, however if other languages are better for this type of site it is ok 14 – I registered and hosted a domain name and opened a business Paypal account. 15 – Let me know your best price and the time needed to finish the work.
