MIGRATE BLOG from Blogger to Wordpress - Integrate Facebook

I need someone to migrate a blog from blogger ([login to view URL]) to Wordpress (Thesis theme). I want the two blogs to look IDENTICAL when the migration is complete. I want the new Wordpress Blog to be integrated with Facebook and Twitter so that when I post on the Wordpress blog an Image Thumbnail, The Post Title, First few lines of the post, appear on Facebook Page and Twitter simultaneously I will also need a series of free plugins installed on the Wordpress blog. Ideally, I will be able to keep my [login to view URL] address. I would like to post content on my Wordpress blog (I already have a domain) and have it appear on my [login to view URL] site simultaneously. I need the transition to Wordpress to be as seamless as possible.
