Wordpress/Buddypress Configuration Project

I am building a job recruiting website built on wordpress using a buddypress theme, a buddypress plugin, and a db-toolkit plugin. I have all of this in place but I am not familiar with buddypress or db-toolkit. I need somebody familiar with buddypress to configure the theme & plugin (menus, widgets, etc.) as well as the db-toolkit plugin to my specifications. Additional specifications: - The site is an invite only site set to extremely private. Plugin is already available but needs setup & configured properly - DB-Toolkit can be found at [login to view URL] - DB-Toolkit will be configured such that: 1. Invited Member can fill out a questionnaire profile and upload a resume to the system 2. Invited Company Admin can access specific profiles and resume info -Design and CSS could also be helpful I prefer to work 1-on-1 and not with a company or a team. Also, using Skype will be helpful.
