Build an Online Store and Membership Site

We want a website that is built for all browsers (including mobile devices) that can allow prospective clients to enroll in a course (and pay), become an online member (with different membership options access options and pay by the month/annual options) or buy electronic media (ebooks and videos). The design must be contemporary and built for mobile devices. This project will be phased so that we can see it develop and provide on-going guidance, therefore payment will be released upon demonstrated functionality accepted to the required standard by our team. Build a website that is capable of: 1) Selling tickets to events. 2 Selling electronic downloads (eBooks and Videos) with cross/up sell options. 3) Selling subscriptions to access a members areas (access control) - members areas provides download access to the shop (point 2). 4) Capable of having multiple subscriptions/access control. 5) All features must be mobile device (responsive) compatible (eg book into a course, or a buy an ebook, or become a member via a mobile device). 6) Several pages (articles) will be required for FAQs, about us etc etc. 7) System must be user friendly for on-going maintenance.
