We have a set of videos that we need to go through and tag at certain times when we see a particular person or vehicle. I'd like you to construct a web page that has these features: - list all the available videos in our database - once a video is selected, show a video player so the user can playback the video, rewind, jump to a specific point, etc. Include a series of buttons that the user can click that indicate they saw the item we're looking for. - collect all the timing data, and store it in a database on the site. We will provide a virtual server that you can use to set up the site once you have it built. Our preferred technologies are Meteor and React, but any modern setup should be fine. This is a new tool, so you'll be starting completely from scratch and will have plenty of freedom to make some design and architecture decisions. We will provide some guidance if we need the site to perform on any certain platform or on the appearance, but you can largely drive the outcome. Hello! My approach to the project would be to use React.js and perhaps a React-centric video player library to make my life easier while gathering time data. React would make everything easy, from loading all the available videos from the database and onto the page (for the user to select), to showing the video player when a user selects a video, to sending gathered tag data back to your database. I've made my price and delivery schedule extremely competitive to compensate for my lack of experience history on freelancer.
