Design a Wordpress Mock up (SEO Optimized) and implement in the server - Front and Back end needed

PLEASE READ BEFORE AND ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE REQURIMENTS I need to re-desing my current site (in WORDPRESS) to improve design (more professional and SEO optimized) and also improve upload speed and html code The process: 1) design mocked up 2) implement same design/style across all the url of the site 3) cehck that all the plug in and funtionalities work properly 4) finally upload new design in my server (front end and back end work needed) The scope - Improve design home page (make it simple and professional) - Improve design of the blog - Improve logo design - After implementation Google Page Speed test (for mobile and computer) should be higher than 90 - the new design should pass w3c validator (thml error in source code) - ratio text/code > 30% - combine CSS files to one single file (minified CSS and JavaScript) - Optimise HTTP requests, no inline CSS and JavaScript, compression of pictures, and GZip compression. - Optimal Heading - H tag strucutre - Ensure that the design looks ok in the different borwsers (safari, chrome, ...) - the new template should be movil responsible - the new template should be SEO optimized - optimal site map - use VisualComposer - the template design should be compatible with "ultimate member" plug in Max budged 70 USD
